Our default coffee comes from Santander near CC’s HQ and coffee hotel base, or we grow the coffee in 2-3 farms in each of these regions, and export roasted or unroasted to our partners, customers, and distributors. Choose below:

Cundinamarca
– Flavor Profile: Smooth and fruity, with notes of caramel and chocolate.
– Acidity: Medium-high, bright and refreshing.
– Aroma: Floral and fruity.
– Altitude: Generally between 1,200 and 1,800

Huila
– Flavor Profile: Complex and fruity, with citrus and tropical fruit notes.
– Acidity: High, bright, and pronounced.
– Aroma: Floral and citrus.
– Altitude: Between 1,200 and 1,900 meters above sea level.

Tolima
– Flavor Profile: Complex and sweet, with notes of nuts and caramel.
– Acidity: Medium-high, bright and refreshing.
– Aroma: Sweet and fruity.
– Altitude: Between 1,200 and 1,900 meters above sea level.

Antioquia
– Flavor Profile: Fruity with hints of panela and blackberry.
– Acidity: Medium, high citric. Delicate body and good balance.
– Aroma: Intense, sweet, fruity, caramel.
– Altitude: Between 1,300 to 2,200 meters above sea level.
– Climate: Mountain zone and temperate climate.

Santander
– Flavor Profile: Sweet, herbal, fruity and light citrus notes.
– Acidity: Medium, medium-high body, balanced and clean cup.
– Aroma: Sweet, herbal, floral and some chocolate and nutty notes.
– Altitude: Generally between 1,300 to 1,900 meters above sea level Santander.

Caldas
– Flavor profile: Sweet, caramel, plum and citrus notes. Residual sweetness.
– Acidity: Medium, medium body
– Aroma: Fruity and herbal.
– Altitude: Between 1,200 to 2,000 meters above sea level.
– Climate: Hillside coffee, varied topography that allowed the development of a great variety.

Valle del Cauca
– Flavor Profile: Combines the sweetness of caramel with sugar cane molasses and red fruits.
– Acidity: Medium and citric and medium body, round and creamy.
– Aroma: Intense, pronounced
– Altitude: High altitude coffee at an average of 1,700 meters above sea.

Cauca
– Flavor Profile: Smooth with some sweet and floral notes.
– Acidity: High, medium body, balanced cup, clean.
– Aroma: Very strong and caramelized.
– Altitude: Between 1,100 and 2,100 meters above sea level.
– Climate: In the coffee zone, cold, high mountains, volcanic soils.

Nariño
– Flavor profile: Coffee of mild intensity, sweet and floral notes. Balanced and clean cup.
– Acidity: High with medium body.
– Aroma: Pronounced, strong caramelized.
– Altitude: High altitude coffee. Between 1,300 and 2,300 meters above sea level Nariño.
